Do You Have Breakfast Yet?



                        

Since people had to work out increasingly, they have to be faced with a lot of traffic.  So, this is one factor that bring them about not have breakfast.

Anyway, breakfast is really important.  I believe that most people know, but they can’t do it.  So, this blog I will inform you about “How is important of breakfast?”, “What are the effects if you don’t have breakfast?”, and “What should you do if you really have no enough time to have breakfast?”

How is important of breakfast
  • 7.00-9.00 a.m. is a suitable time for breakfast because the stomach begins working at that time.
  • If no have food in the stomach, stomach will bring feces to digest again.
  • The substances that get from those feces will be absorbed into blood.  That means your blood will get the poison.  Also, that is able to make you be constipated because the water in the feces is absorbed again.


What are the effects if you don’t have breakfast?
  • Your body will miss the nutrients that help you strong.
  • There is dirty blood in your body.
  • The brain will not get enough nutrient that bring you about lower IQ, inactive, going off, bad memories, etc.
  • If you never have had breakfast for long time, stomach will not strong, not good excretion, limp body, lower immunity, headache, weaken remembrance, or being Alzheimer’s disease.


                                    

So, I will suggest you that you would eat yoghurt and bananas because yoghurt is good with stomach and intestine, also, bananas abound in protein, vitamin A, B, C, E and banana is easy to digest.

Actually, banana is the best choice for anyone who wants to lost weight. In Japan, a lot of Japanese eat bananas instead of breakfast.  About 2 years later, they found themselves be lower weight and healthy.  This idea belongs to Hamaji, his method is just bananas + water.

Hamaji found that eating only one kind of fruit, it will be better for stomach.  After eating bananas around 15 – 20 minutes, the substances in the bananas will be absorbed in your blood, while vegetable, protein, and carbohydrate spend time to digest around 3 – 4 hours.  Water, we drink follow in order to help blood circulation.  In addition, bananas are able to protect the cancer, according to a research found that banana help to stimulate the NK cell (Natural Killer Cell) which is the tumoricidal cell.

Anyway, work is very important, but you don’t forget that your health is more important.  I realize that breakfast is one simple activity that bring you about healthy. Banana is also one of your alternatives. So, Don’t Forget to Have BREAKFAST!!!

    I stop having breakfast since I was 12. It's very hard to start again :(

  4. You're right. I'm the one who know how important breakfast is but I haven't often eat it. Because I wake up late T^T....but I will try my best to have breakfast every day!
