Beauty insideout: Lesson1


 



Hello girls, I know many of you have each different ways to make yourself more beauty for example; putting on make up, changing hairstyle, using expensive skincare, doing some treatment, and blah, blah, blah, whatever. Do you know the easy ways to make your skin look better without spend too much money?? That is look after yourself from inside out.



Let’s start with pooping everyday!

         I find that there are some question  people ask about “Does constipation cause acne?” The answer is… Yes! Acne can be caused by constipation… especially chronic constipation because if the waste is not eliminated as quickly as it should be, some toxic might be absorbed into our body. This is call “Toxic crap condition” (word by me lol). So that’s why we should be pooping everyday.


Let’s do 5 steps for awake our bowel to work more efficient


 
  • After wake up, stretch oneself intensively and hold in that position about 5 minutes, then breathe in and breathe out deeply.

  • Drinking normal water 1-2 glasses with an empty stomach

  • Don’t forget to eat breakfast because breakfast is the most important meal. Eating breakfast help stimulate bowel movements and pooping smoothly

  • Massage by push on the abdomen softly by using your fingertip and gently massage using a clockwise motion (you can apply some oil or lotion over the abdomen for massage more smoother)


  • Drinking yogurt with an empty stomach in the morning and before drinking yogurt, you should drink 1 glass of water for protect good bacteria dying in stomach.

Tips: In addition to do 5 steps for awake bowel, you should make good behavior in daily life like eat all 5 food groups per day, do not stress, do not drink alcohol, exercise everyday if possible to make bowel work better.

  3. Eating breakfast is so hard for me :(
    Because I often wake up late and have no time to eat breakfast until I'm accustomed to do like this.
    But I will try as your advice.

    i think everything you write above, it's very very hard for me.
    i have no time to eat breakfast, i don't like yogurt, i rarely drink water and I can only 'poo' once a week, should I be concerned about?
